Chassis LED's

Light	Status	Action to take
STATUS	SOLID RED	System failure. Call your carrier.
MAJOR	SOLID RED	T1 errors or T1 down. Call your carrier.
MINOR	SOLID RED	Voice over IP card failure. Call your carrier.

DS1 LED's

Light	Status	Action to take
Left LED	SOLID RED	System failure. Call your carrier.
Left LED	FLASHING RED	Loss of Frame (LOF) or Alarm Indication Signal(AIS). Call your carrier.
Left LED	FLASHING GREEN	Active Loop back. Your carrier is testing the circuit up to this unit. Ask them for test results.

Ethernet LED's

Light	Status	Action to take
Left LED	Dark	Link down. Call your vendor
