VOICE	Unlit	Voice service not provisioned or unable to establish Phone Network Connection
	Solid Blue	Voice service provisioned
	Flashing Blue	Off-hook on battery
	Pulsing Blue	Off-Hook on AC power
Firmware Upgrade: Loop Status, Voice and Battery LEDs are ON Blue for 0.75 seconds in 3 seconds each cycle
